While nuclear armed countries are increasing the kill capacity of their arsenals, and the majority of other countries are negotiating a nuclear ban treaty, the Netherlands will chair the upcoming Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) meeting.
